Our Control Panel Capabilities

What Sets Our Panels Apart?

Complete In-House Manufacturing

Everything happens under one roof, from initial design and engineering to fabrication, wiring, testing, and quality control. This integrated approach ensures consistency, quality, and faster turnaround times.

Engineering-First Approach

We don't just assemble components, we engineer solutions. Our team analyzes your application, optimizes circuit design, ensures proper load calculations, and implements best practices for safety and reliability.

Premium Component Selection

We partner with industry-leading brands: Siemens, Schneider Electric, ABB, Allen-Bradley, Phoenix Contact, and more. Quality components mean longer life, fewer failures, and better performance

Industry Standards Compliance

Built to meet IEC, UL, NEMA, and relevant industry standards. Proper wire sizing, labeling, color coding, and documentation, done right, every time.

Rigorous Testing Protocols

Every panel undergoes comprehensive testing before delivery, continuity checks, insulation resistance, functional testing, and load simulation. We catch issues before they reach your facility.

Our manufacturing cycle

Phase 1: Design & Engineering (3-5 days)

  • Requirements Analysis: Understanding your application, load requirements, environmental conditions, and automation needs
  • Electrical Design: Single-line diagrams, control schematics, power calculations, and component selection
  • Panel Layout: Optimal component placement, thermal management, accessibility for maintenance
  • CAD Drawings: Detailed 2D layouts and 3D panel models for visualization and approval
  • Bill of Materials: Complete component lists with specifications and procurement timelines
Deliverables: Approved drawings, BOM, project timeline

Phase 2: Fabrication & Assembly (5-10 days)

  • Enclosure Preparation: Cutting, drilling, powder coating, mounting plate installation
  • Component Mounting: DIN rail installation, breaker mounting, busbar installation, terminal block arrangement
  • Wire Harness Preparation: Cable cutting, ferrule crimping, labeling as per standards
  • Panel Wiring: Point-to-point wiring following approved schematics, proper cable routing and segregation
  • Internal Documentation: Terminal diagrams, circuit identification, warning labels
Quality Checkpoints: Visual inspection, dimensional verification, component authentication

Phase 3: Testing & Commissioning (2-3 days)

  • Visual Inspection: Workmanship quality, component placement, wiring neatness
  • Continuity Testing: Verifying all connections as per schematics
  • Insulation Resistance: Megger testing to ensure electrical isolation
  • Functional Testing: Simulated operation, logic verification, interlock testing
  • Load Testing: Operating under rated load conditions where applicable
  • Documentation: Test reports, as-built drawings, O&M manuals
Deliverables: Tested panel, complete documentation package, test certificates

Phase 4: Delivery & Support

  • Packaging: Secure packaging for safe transportation
  • Installation Support: On-site installation assistance, cable termination guidance
  • Commissioning Services: System startup, parameter setting, operator training
  • Documentation Handover: Electrical drawings, test reports, component datasheets, maintenance guidelines
